Includes both arms and the top of the hands and knuckles.

You choose between the upper or lower part of the arms. If you choose a lower arm, this will include the top of your hands and knuckles.

Includes both legs, starts 3-4 finger width from the hip bone and goes all the way down to the tops of feet and toes.

Choose between the upper or lower leg. Either choice includes the knees. If the lower leg is chosen, the tops of the feet and toes are included as well.

Includes the entirety of the back, starts at the bottom of the neck and continues down to the top of the pants.
