Your appointment is important and valued. To get the most out of your experience at Cures Esthetics Ltd., please ensure you review and understand all the policies below.

Please do not bring any guests along to your appointment as space is limited in my studio.

COMPANY POLICIES

CREDIT CARD

We require a valid credit card on file in order to reserve your appointment.

CONDITIONS AND MEDICATIONS

For the safety of all clients and technicians, we reserve the right to decline any services if there is an active fungal or bacterial infection.

Clients who are feeling unwell will be expected to cancel their appointment and notify Cures Esthetics Ltd. as soon as possible. This appointment can be cancelled/rescheduled with no penalty.

ILLNESS

All new clients are required to complete a client consultation form, COVID pre-screening form and consent form 1 day prior to the appointment. Clients booking a same-day treatment are also required to complete the above forms prior to the appointment. Failure to complete any of the documents will delay the start of the treatment and shorten treatment timing.

FIRST VISIT

Any late arrival will result in a shortened appointment. If you are running late, please call as soon as possible to keep me informed.

LATE ARRIVALS

Your appointment is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please cancel/reschedule your appointment online or by contacting us at +1 437 779 0762.

Any appointments cancelled/rescheduled or changed without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. All “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

Cures Esthetics Ltd. is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. Jewelry dishes will be available to temporarily place any valuables for the duration of your treatment.
